Thompson School for Practical Nurses
Brattleboro, Vermont
Class of 1917
In response to World War I, the nursing school’s training program was reorganized in 1917 and on September 1st moved to its new headquarters on Harris Place. While students were admitted to the program beginning in October of 1917, as the school grew and recruited more nursing students, there were no “graduates” in 1917 from the formal nursing program.
